Warranties
  • All manufacturer warranties and terms are honored on new products and equipment.
  • All used equipment is warranted for 30 days on parts and labor unless specifically noted otherwise.
Warranty Repairs:
  • Our technician can do the warranty work here at Kirk's for many of the items we sell.
  • If your equipment cannot be brought to us, the Kirk's expert technician will go to you.
  • If there is a need to send your equipment to the manufacturer a "loaner" will be supplied at no cost to you.
Non-Warranty Repairs:
  • Many repairs can be done "while you wait" by our skilled technician.
  • If your repair requires the ordering of parts from the manufacturer, a loaner will be supplied at no cost to you.
  • If your equipment cannot be brought to us, the Kirk's technician will make a service call for a small additional fee.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
For your protection and the protection of others:
  • ALL returns for refund MUST have the original receipt.
  • Refunds and/or exchanges MUST be requested within 15 days of purchase/delivery.
  • Defective product will be replaced or refunded according to the manufacturer's warranty, with proof of purchase from Kirk's.
  • Soft goods (braces, stockings, items worn against the skin) are not returnable for refund or exchange unless defective according to the manufacturer's warranty.
